Flip Flops and Posture

I've been practicing today.  Keep your feet flat on the floor at your desk.
Back straight.  Tummy tucked in.  Posture can cause drowsiness.  Did you know that? 


Coming soon...day 4 adventures.  I'm too tired tonight to finish the picture upload right now.  Still have a chocolate chip cookie dough cheese ball to make too.  Nite nite, friends!

    I try and do that too. i always cross my legs and it makes my back hurt, its a habit I'm working on.
