Create Something Project

Victoria of Garden of Eden Designs, Lindsay of Scenic Glory, and the ladies at My Best Friend Jules are hosting the Create Something Project, so create, I did.  I got a GAP long sleeved t-shirt in a soft pink and then used some black t-shirt scraps to make gathered ruffles.  I cut the strips of black t-shirt down to about two inches wide and double the width of the shirt, then stitched right down the center to gather them (they almost gather on their own).  Then I pinned them to the pink tee and stitched again.  I really like how it kind of looks like what you see in the stores now.  Here's the finished one!
