Katie's First Dance

Little Miss Katie went to her first Daddy/Daughter dance this past weekend.  She was so ecstatic about the whole thing and asked for two weeks when it was going to be when I told her we bought the tickets.  She picked her dress out last week, and as soon as we got home from school on Friday, she started getting ready. It's super fun 

to have a little girl...

This one is my favorite.  Look how blue those eyes are.  I am thinking her 5 year picture might have just been taken a month early. 

And here they are ready to leave.  Look at that happy face in this one!

Off they go...see Miko in the window sending them away? Daddy sent text messages with pictures for me (so they are dark)...

She loved the Ravioli Alfredo...

 She chased her friends around the balloon sculptures...

And she danced with her daddy like everyone was watching.  Of course, one dance was to YMCA. Funny!
