Christmas in July: My Favorite Mini Book

It's blazing hot in Texas right now.  There are storm clouds outside, and I sure hope they drop some cooler air and some rain in the next hour or so.  We are miserable.  We need to watch Elf and crank the a/c down to 60 and freeze and drink hot chocolate.  Ugh.

Here is one of my favorite mini books that I have ever made.  It's high time I started sharing them.  I used lots of vintage papers, some sweet black and white photos I found at an estate sale, and cards in this one, along with some new things from my stash.  Cool off with some pictures of the pages below...is it hot where you are?
