Upcycle a Men's Shirt

I found a cute DIY in a Sew It All magazine from a few seasons ago. A men's shirt becomes a cute top for trendy girls with a few cuts and some ric rac. Then I decided to use the tales I cut off to trim some shorties, topped off with a vintage doily. I'll try to find a link to the pattern for you. Until then, here it is!
